The tiered payment system allows for a fairer system, in which a patient whose consultation takes 20 minutes does not pay the same as a patient who needs 1 hour.

Considerations:
- 1. In order to receive a report, you must have attended at least one appointment.
- 2. The 20-minute format is not recommended for first appointments, as it is insufficient time to explore a new patient.
- 3. Cancellation Policy: In-person and online appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the cost of the appointment you did not attend (or only 50% will be refunded if you paid in advance). Provided that you cancel the appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will be refunded the full amount paid (if you paid in advance), and no penalties will be applied.
- 4. Urgent online consultations: sometimes there are no appointments available, but the patient wants to have their appointment as soon as possible. For these cases, there is an appointment service outside of normal hours. Write to us at (+34) 611 85 08 27 and we will arrange a time.
