Terms and Conditions of the Psychiatry Service with Raquel Polo: In-person psychiatry: after formalizing their reservation, patients will receive a confirmation message. In-person appointments that are not confirmed at least 24 hours before their scheduled date and time will be automatically canceled to allow another patient on the waiting list to make use of the appointment. The amount must be paid in person after the consultation, either in cash or by card. Online psychiatry: online consultations must be paid for at the time of booking via online payment by card or Bizum. After formalizing their reservation, patients will receive a confirmation notice. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be considered used and are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund for the cost.
